Introduction

The Complete Business Startup Assists reduces the stress when you are looking to launch your new business.

You are the expert in the business field you want to launch your new business in. This is where you have experience and where you should be focusing your efforts.

There are many, many skills required when launching your new business and where you are not an expert we would recommend you find an expert to work with.  Our recommendation is to leave the set up and management of the business to an independent Business Advisor who is an expert in these field.

The Advisor would not expect to make contractual decisions on behalf of the business, but would make recommendations for contracts to be approved and signed by the owner. This requirement is more typical in a service business, rather than a product based business. 

The Business owner looks after the total provision of the service(s) and the Advisor sets up and manages the business operations from startup to live operating, with the approvals from the Business owner, when appropriate.

Operations includes,  liaising with web site developer, marketing, admin. and accounting services, weekly or monthly management meetings and reporting.

Startup Assist UK is a specialist independent Business Advisor who works with business owners to remove some of the stress launching a business.

You should be focusing on your area of expertise and allow an independent business advisor to be responsible for the “general management of the business” and to find the right suppliers to work alongside you.

How Startup Assist UK  undertakes a COMPLETE BUSINESS STARTUP ASSIST assignment.

  1. Startup Assist has a detailed questionnaire, which addresses every one of the above issues, and this is modified to address specific business types. This questionnaire is sent to the business for completion, and requests all the elements to be addressed.
  2. Meeting between the Business and the Business Advisor, ( Online ) when the incomplete details are addressed, and issues are raised  and addressed. Changes to the Plan are applied as appropriate.
  3. Startup Assist UK creates notes and actions ( with allocated responsibilities )
  4. Regular meetings are arranged ( initially weekly)
