So many people, ‘Old School’ and ‘New Age Entrepreneurs’, do not even know what Marketing is. And those trying to learn the business development options, are swamped with material on multiple, platforms. Many will be seduced by heavy marketing and join subscription groups in the belief that they will find the means to their business growth.
Today, marketing and advertising require a new way of thinking and an understanding that the digital landscape today is built on genuine communication instead of mass communication. So many businesses have not caught up with using digital technology, alongside traditional ways of marketing, and now are being swamped by the promises of AI.
Planning a new business, start with identifying the prospective clients or customers and how to communicate with them. Growing a business, same process applies, identify the new customers or clients and review your current ‘marketing’ processes.
