Looking at the many reasons why so many business Startups fail, or do not make the money or the profit expected, it should be realised that many people with business ideas and ambitions are just not business orientated. They might be passionate about their service, or product, or the needs of potential customers… but have no idea what it takes to make a business work. They could attend multiple webinars and network events, talk to business advisors and marketing people, …. But have no idea how to relate all this information and advice to their own business situation.
And unfortunately a lot of the advice received or bought, is totally impractical , or just academic.
If you need advice related to your startup or business development situation, ask at least three business specialists. Or consider this option: you look after the service or product delivery, and leave someone else to run the business services for you !
